In Orca City, a five-year-old brown bear named Ben has chained in Fog Benson¡¦s old shed. Later, Fog wants to sell Ben, but thirteen years old Mark Andersen knows people will kill the Ben. He begs his father, Karl, to buy Ben, and his father says he will buy him.
