You are drawn to the grand, classically crafted arched front doors which lead into a striking rotunda entry. Lovely ironwork banisters rim the sweeping staircase and upper-level landing, while hand-toned Portuguese travertine flooring extends down both hallways and into the stunning sunken living room. Here, large bay windows frame the magnificent ocean view and a grand stone fireplace offers a refined focal point.

It is a world unto itself with a delightful separate sitting area featuring a stunning old world fireplace and a splendid built-in custom crafted armoire housing a television, wet bar, and a refrigerator. Cloaked in the finest Greek marble, the bath incorporates a jet spa tub, oversized shower (with his and hers adjustable water pressure showerheads), a steam room, and dual vanities with a separated place (just for my wife) where she can apply all make-up artwork. The walk-in closet is a dream-fullfilled which offers rich wood-carved built-ins that would make the Rodeo Drive boutiques red with envy.


Each guest bedroom enjoys a charming terrace with a view either of the Ocean or the magnificent grounds, and each has its own individual style with aged walnut flooring and unique inlaid imported marble in the private baths.


Outside this stylish gem represents the glorious outdoor living with forever views that cannot be forgotten. French doors open to lush gardens and an impressive covered veranda. The pool, surrounded by a beautiful rock waterfall, is of the deepest Tahoe blue color which, at the deepest end, perfectly masks the interior of the pool which is made of the finest marble in the world. Taken from a design at the Greek pool at Hearst Castle, this pool delights us and our guests regularly. The pool and spa both, are remote controlled and help to blend the calming indoors with the serene outdoors. The lush landscaping, Koi pond, sunken barbecue with banquette seating, and lower level fire pit are all overlooked by a relaxing viewing pavilion that sits on the propertys hightest vantage point providing a panoramic view of this private oasis. Our home epitomizes casual yet highly sophisticated Southern California living for the most discriminating and our privileged guests.
